Minority Entrepreneurship Night

Connect Conway: Minority Entrepreneur Night is hosted in partnership with the Conway Chamber of Commerce. It is an event focused on minority entrepreneurs and professionals in the Conway area. Attendees will have the opportunity to network with other business leaders while enjoying great food and drinks. Minority entrepreneurs will have the opportunity to win $500 in the business pitch contest sponsored by the Conductor, among other prizes! Admission is $10 per person and includes appetizers.

Connect Conway: Minority Entrepreneur Night takes place on Thursday, November 21 from 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. at UCA Downtown. For more information, contact Ed Linck at ed@conwayarkansas.org or (501) 932-5404.

The agenda for the event will be as follows:
5:30pm – Doors Open - Networking
6:00pm – Icebreaker Exercise
6:30pm – Minority Entrepreneur Pitch Contest
7:00pm – Networking
7:30pm - Close

This event is held in conjunction with Global Entrepreneurship Week. During one week each November, thousands of events and competitions in 170 countries inspire millions to engage in entrepreneurial activity while connecting them to potential collaborators, mentors and even investors. Powered by the Kauffman Foundation, the initiative is supported by dozens of world leaders and a network of more than 15,000 partner organizations. GEW is held November 18-22, 2019.
