Become a Makerspace Fellow. The Conductor’s Makerspace Fellowship is a competitive opportunity for students at the University of Central Arkansas who have an interest in art and innovation, and a passion for turning ideas into reality.

This Fellowship is eligible to be considered as an elective course that emphasizes gaining practical, on-the-job experience and developing a portfolio representing academic credit.

Become a Conductor Mentor. The Conductor Mentor Network is a network of the region's top influencers and experts who are passionate about building Central Arkansas’ entrepreneurial ecosystem. The Mentor Network meets on a monthly basis with regional entrepreneurs through Mentor Network and Pitch Night events. Mentors in the network receive professional development training on a quarterly basis.

For Creative Individuals Looking to Be Involved at the Makerspace with Less Time Commitment:

Become a Makerspace Volunteer. Conductor Makerspace Volunteers oversee the day-to-day activities of the Makerspace by managing the 3D printers, laser cutter, CNC machine and soldering iron, leading the Maker Trainings, running events and supporting the Conductor's Makerspace programming.

Makerspace Volunteers are expected to work 5-10 hours a week, assume leadership roles, and empower the community through making.
