Youth Maker Mondays are an opportunity for makers ages 8-15 to learn about UCA's Makerspace and complete challenging projects using our state-of-the-art equipment. Each unique maker class offers students the opportunity to practice math, science, design, and engineering skills in a fun and hands-on environment. UCA Makerspace staff will guide students through specific software for each project, and the students will take home their awesome creations. Don't miss out!
In this workshop, we will learn about living hinges! A living hinge is a design that is cut into a rigid material to make it flexible. Kids will create their own living hinges and utilize them in their own creations using the laser machine! All materials are provided.
