This month we will hear from Scott Coffey, President and CEO of Exchange Capital.
Exchange Capital Corporation was founded in 1991 by John Coffey, who recognized that businesses needed access to working capital when bank financing was not an option. The Company provides its clients with increased cash flow by making advances against their accounts receivable. This funding allows businesses to take advantage of growth opportunities, reduces the stress of covering payroll and other expenses, and enables owners to manage their business better. Exchange Capital serves clients throughout the state and region, in all types of industries, from its office in Conway.
Scott is responsible for the management, direction, and daily operations of the Company, as well as new business development. He joined the Company in 1992 after receiving an MBA degree from Vanderbilt University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Central Arkansas in 1990. While pursuing these degrees, Scott held research internships at J.C. Bradford & Company and Stephens Inc., investment banking firms located in Nashville, TN and Little Rock, AR, respectively. He was part of the Arkansas Business 40 Under 40 Class of 2007, has been active with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and served on the Conway Christian School Foundation Board.
