The Conductor's Talent Development initiative focuses on students of all ages, and teaches them the fundamentals of entrepreneurship, creativity and problem-solving in order to fuel the talent pipeline for the future. Our student-focused programming empowers students, gives them a forum to test new ideas and enables multi-generational interactions in the community. 


Eric Rob & Isaac's Brand Camp is a product of this initiative, and each summer the Conductor hosts a week-long marketing and branding camp for middle school students. Marketing meets middle school for five days as the teams from Eric Rob & Isaac Advertising and the University of Central Arkansas' University Relations & Creative Services Department to create a campaign for a local business.

Summer 2017 was an awesome experience for everyone involved in Eric Rob & Isaac's Brand Camp. We are currently planning for our  Brand Camp in the summer of 2018.
